Shiny Mega Charizard Y- Redo

I think you did great on this one. I do think that you could of made it less chubby. The tail and the front of the body looks chubby. That is all. Plus I think that maybe should make this Charizard be more happy. I just don't understand why he isn't because you didn't say why. Other than that, I really like it. I like how nicely you did the wings. They look nice and snug and not all over the place. That is good. Plus I like the detail on it's tail. Nice. Plus good background for this one.
