The concept is very sweet, but the major problem is the very poor coloring, there are so many white spots, the colors are incomplete, and there is no shading.

My advice to you is to buy a Wacom anfd enter the realm of digital art.

P.S: Basing dragons on Toothless is not a good idea, try to use your imagination, and don't be afraid art isn't impossible I wasn't good at one point but now I'm improving dramatically, so keep trying to improve and take your time don't rush things.
