Elliot the Dragon

I never really watched Pete's Dragon...because I thought this dragon was too dorky and stupid-looking for my taste...Hell, even now I still don't like the original design. I mean, Disney came up with a kickass dragon with Maleficent in the original Sleeping Beauty, the very dragon that started my eternal love for these mythical creatures...and yet this goofy thing is what they came up with for Pete's Dragon?! I mean, I understand that the dragon needs to look friendly for the kids...but really? I don't know, I just prefer dragons like Maleficent...they just look more badass than...this. Sorry, just a rant...but whatever...

But hey! Drawing Elliot is fun and cute...when I make him less...stupid-looking.
