I like how it's drawn to show how Dragonair is the motherly figure. Especially since there's three Dratini, one of them shiny. Did I mention there's a shiny Dratini?
The colouring is nice, neat, and everything is balanced out. I also like how the colour of Dragonair is different than Dratini. Most of the time, I see them having the same shade...
I also like how there's emotion in the pic too, because there's a "z" for one Dratini, Heart for the other, indicating his affection towards Dragoniar, which is showing it right back, and the shiny Dratini enjoying the event with a musical eighth note. Well done. By the way, did I mention the shiny Dratini, she's so cute! Nice touch with the shiny Dratini, by the way!
